UNINSURED MAIL: we are not responsible for any lost mail, if you do not insure mail and you do not receive your parcel we can only send you a scan of the proof of postage; however if you do request the 'signed for' service you will be able to track the item and have a unique code with which will permit us or you to make a claim to out postal office.

LATE DELIVERIES: We are not responsible for any late delivery by the Postal services: postal expenses are not refundable under any circumstance, in particular to winner/buyer who receives the item/s at a date later than the date specified by the Royal Mail for the postal service/s that winner/buyer agrees with us and that are specified in our P&P details page.
In case of late delivery by the agreed postal agent we will be able to produce a scan of the proof of posting to Buyer which will include the date of posting; we do dispatch all the items within two working days, therefore, in calculating your own dispatch time please count off all Sundays, Saturdays. good Fridays and Bank Holidays.
Return Policy
RETURNS: We do not give guarantee to Buyer that defects will be made good by complete or partial re-placement, or by repair, monetary compensation or otherwise, any return is entirely at our discretion. In case we agree to a return of a particular item: The Buyer is required to allow the us a reasonable time to replace goods (where the winner/buyer requires these remedies).
During the reasonable period the Buyer may not reject the goods or terminate the contract; or require the goods to be repaired or replaced.
We do consider a reasonable time to be 5 working days.
